Asset Escrow is a non-independent broker-owned escrow that acts as a neutral party to facilitate a variety of real estate transactions for our diverse range of clients. Asset Escrow Company is fully licensed by the California Department of Real Estate which holds us to a high standard of both experience and trust in accounting practices.
Once an Asset Escrow order is opened, our cutting-edge software platform speeds up the closing process with built-in communication and document-sharing tools that everyone involved can use. Buyers and sellers can even track the progress of their closing using a mobile app.
